Disclaimers

•If you are pregnant you can practice normal Kundalini Yoga until the 120th day of pregnancy if there are no health complications. After the 120th day it is safe to do light yoga like relaxing breath work, mantra and meditation.

•If you are in the first 3 days of menstruation it is advised not to practice breath of fire or any inversions. These exercises can put added pressure on your sacral and typically are not comfortable to do during menses.

•Please consult your healthcare professional if you have any questions or concerns about incorporating yoga into your life.

• If you are new to yoga, welcome! Don’t be intimidated and don’t over exert yourself. Go at a pace that is comfortable for you. Remember that slow and steady wins the race. You will experience positive results as long as you are doing the best you can.

• If you are concerned about doing yoga and breath work around other people without a mask then please sign up for my zoom classes and or private zoom session where you can do yoga in the comfort of your home. A stress free environment will bring you the best results for healing.

• The only way one will benefit from yoga, breath work, energy work, sound healing, mantra or any healing modality is if you are relaxed and engaged in the process. Open and allow the prana and sound current to heal and energize you.
