Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Kundalini Yoga supports the awakening of inner intelligence for health, happiness, and spiritual vitality. The transformative benefits of Kundalini Yoga builds physical strength, stamina and enhances cognitive function, emotional strength, wellbeing, and spiritual connection. Kundalini Yoga offers a holistic technology that can be used by people of all faiths and from all walks of life.
Many people describe the experience as exhilarating, euphoric, transcendent and powerful. It is known for its repetitive movements & patterns, powerful breathwork, and potent meditations. Classes can be energetic, with sound and mantra playing a huge role in the practice.
The primary focus of this ancient practice is on the movement and transformation of energy. Kundalini yoga focuses on breath patterns and kriyas that impact the flow and quality of energies in the body. The channeling and redirection of energy is a core principle of Kundalini Yoga. Kriyas are each a specific sequence of techniques and meditations to create a specific result in consciousness. This could be something very tangible (like better digestion) or something more etheric (like an open heart).
Each kriya comes with specific instructions and usually includes most of the following techniques:
Asana: body postures
Mudras: hand positions Pranayama: breathwork
Meditation: connection with self & source
Mantras: intentional, repeated sounds
Bandhas: constriction of particular area of the body
Drishti: directing the gaze of the eyes
Shivasana: relaxation at the end of practice
Kundalini Yoga is known to be the fast lane to your personal evolution & helps to assist in bringing positive change to your life by giving you tools to find peace, prosperity and health, to merge with the infinite, and to release self-limiting habits.
It is the yoga of complete awareness. It is a transformational system designed to release blocks to the reservoirs of untapped energy within us. It is designed to balance the glandular system and re energize & strengthen the nervous systems. It works to build, clear, and balance the subtle systems of the nadis (energy channels) and the chakras. There is a clarity that arises that combines perception, thought, and intuition.
This Practice gives you an experience beyond the limits of time and space-an experience of the depth of your soul and true identity. This direct experience of your highest self builds a platform of strength, radiance, and a firm foundation on which to build your life. Kundalini Yoga also provides more well-known benefits: increased energy and flexibility, expanded lung capacity, a strong core, and stress alleviation.
Kundalini Yoga is also known for sacred mantra music, it is one of the most important aspects of the practice. Sacred sound, or Naad Yoga, is based on the experience of how sound vibrations affect the body, mind, and spirit through the movement of the tongue, mouth, and changes in the chemicals in the brain.
When we consciously regulate the sounds we make through the use of mantra, breath, and rhythm, we can produce profound effects on our health and well-being, not to mention the pure joy that is experienced when we chant from our hearts and souls.
The practice of Kundalini Yoga takes you out of the cycle of karma. Your positive intention to grow and put yourself through Kundalini kriyas (exercises) burns off karma. The more you practice, the more present, conscious, and intuitive you become. Walk the path of conscious living (dharma) rather than living in response to the results of your past actions (karma).

Energy Healing
Energy Healing opens up a channel of universal healing frequencies. These frequencies flow through the crown chakra and out to the recipient for support and healing of their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Energy work also supports soul level healing and growth as it works in dimensions and lifetimes beyond the present reality.
This gentle but powerful modality encourages clients to let go of tension, anxiety, fear and or other negative feelings and energies. Peacefulness, deep relaxation, euphoria, positivity, and a balanced outlook is typically what people feel when in session and when the session is over. Energy work can also make clients feel very tired and emotional, this is normal. It is important for the client to process and feel whatever comes up after the session is done. Remember, You have to feel it to heal it.
Energy work clears blockages from the chakras (energy centers in the body) allowing positive energy and healing to occur on a physical level. It is good to be aware that what most people feel physically begins energetically. For example, If someone is afraid to speak their truth or isn’t confident in their voice being heard, or isn’t a good listener than it is likely that they will have a throat chakra imbalance. Depending on how long this issue has been going on it might manifest negatively in physical form with your throat, ears and or neck area.
Benefits:
Relieves pain, stress reduction, relaxation, better quality sleep, promotes circulation, accelerates healing, increases vitality, assists body to clear toxins, relieves anxiety, promotes inner peace, balances mind body and spirit, supports the immune system, releases blockages, release past life traumas.
Energy healing can aid in the recovery and reversal of any ailment and disease.
During a session I place my hands near the clients body to sense their energy and to guide me to where healing is needed most. I then will start to work on breaking up blockages, clearing stagnant energy and releasing it to bring balance and harmony to energy centers and overall energetic field.
Exercises are given to each client to help them work through their healing to remain open and balanced. It is important for the client to be mindful of healing so the blockages do not return. If blockages return than there is more to heal or you are not letting the issue or trauma go. This could take time depending on many factors and how long the client has been holding on to traumas.
The amount of sessions needed to heal and balance will vary from client to client as well as the time for each session. Typically 60 to 120 minutes is what I offer for energy work at this time. In person sessions and distance energy work are available as my schedule allows.
I work with the Archangels, my higher self, angels and spirit guides, along with my clients angels and spirit guides to assist in the healing process.

Sound Healing
Naad or sound current is the essence of all sound. It is the resonance within your soul which helps you to connect to your soul, all souls and your own infinite self. It is the deep knowing that we all feel on a soul level that we are all one. We are the universal sound at our core, so when we are off balance we fall out of divine flow. Naad is essentially the universal code behind language and therefore behind human communication. It is the vibrational harmony through which the Infinite can be experienced.
The sound current or vibration resonates in our tissues, cells and DNA. The very core of our being is vibration, so when we hear soothing music our brains work to tune to that frequency. The use of sound is ancient with history in every culture around the world. Sound intensifies an experience, helps to manifest creation, explore the mind and heart, transforms consciousness and invokes healing.
Sound healing is an excellent tool to enhance and magnify inner states of awareness. This modality can be used alongside mindfulness in the process of healing. Sound is and has been utilized since the earliest of times to heal, instill wellness, make connection, and intensify communion. Sound healing with instruments such as tuning forks, gongs and singing bowls (to mention a few) are wonderful ways to clear, open and balance your auric field, chakras, and help to heal past life traumas. It helps to ease, relax and soothe, and even sporadically induce a cathartic release of emotion. Most if not all experience deep transcendence and healing.
There is another amazing tool that sound healing offers. MANTRA. Using your voice to recite mantras is a powerful and convenient way to bring sound healing to your daily life wherever you are. Naad yoga is the science based on the experience of how sound vibrations affect the body, mind, and spirit through the movement of the tongue, mouth, and the changes that happen chemically in the brain. We can alter consciousness by changing the chemical composition of the fluids in the brain when we chant specific mantras.
There are 84 Meridian points on the upper pallet of a humans mouth. One can feel the upper palate with the tongue and feel it’s different surfaces. There are two rows of meridian points on the upper palate and on the gum behind the upper teeth. The tongue stimulates those meridian points, and they stimulate the hypothalamus which makes the pineal gland radiate. When the pineal gland radiates, it creates a pulse in the pituitary gland. When this happens to the pituitary, the entire glandular system secretes.
The chemical composition of the brain becomes balanced, immediately changing one’s outlook on life. Your state of mind, personality, and power to project your authentic self is tied in with the use of our words. You are now in the driver seat of your mind with this powerful tool, which is available to you anytime and anywhere!
It is most powerful when we chant and listen to our sound at the same time. If we chant only, it has half the power. Chanting and listening to the chant at the same time engages the higher consciousness, the circulatory system and the nervous system. When you develop this listening power, you will be able to analyze what is good for you and what is not whenever another person talks. It is a very simple way to have knowledge.” ~Siri Singh Sahib
Sound healing with instruments and mantra are simple and powerful tools to enhance or magnify inner states, strengthen concentration, help cut through mental patterning, and help to bring forth the brightest outcome for yourself, and the experience of awareness, joy, and spaciousness.
